- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray an 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cut the chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces and place them in the baking dish. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
- Whisk together the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken mixture. Pour the chicken broth over the stuffing.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the foil in the last 5 minutes to brown the top.
- Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
