  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Use homemade or low-sodium for a lighter option
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh or Dried Parsley For color and flavor

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray an 11x7-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces and place them in the baking dish. Season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  3. Whisk together the cream of celery soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk until smooth. Pour over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the chicken mixture. Pour the chicken broth over the stuffing.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove the foil in the last 5 minutes to brown the top.
  6. Check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
