- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the thighs and rub it in to coat.
- In a bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
- Evenly sprinkle the seasoning blend over both sides of the chicken thighs and press gently to adhere.
- Place seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space in between.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
