  3. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the seasoning blend over both sides of the chicken thighs and press gently to adhere.
  5. Place seasoned chicken thighs skin-side up on a parchment-lined baking sheet with space in between.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until golden-brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
