- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 baking dish to create the crust.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature.
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping, and spread over the crust.
- Whisk the pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Fold in whipped topping, mint extract, and green food coloring. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight to set.
- Garnish with crushed Oreos, whipped topping, cherries, and sprinkles before serving.
- Slice into squares and serve cold.
