Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 2 cups Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tablespoons butter melted
For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub frozen whipped topping thawed
For the Pudding Layer
  • 1 box instant cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 tsp mint extract
  • a few drops green gel food coloring
For Garnishing
  • 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
  • additional whipped topping for serving
  • as needed maraschino cherries for decoration
  • as needed green sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Crush Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 baking dish to create the crust.
  2. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping, and spread over the crust.
  4. Whisk the pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Fold in whipped topping, mint extract, and green food coloring. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight to set.
  6. Garnish with crushed Oreos, whipped topping, cherries, and sprinkles before serving.
  7. Slice into squares and serve cold.
