  • 2 tablespoons chicken seasoning/rub Use your favorite blend.
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Select your favorite brand or make your own.
For the Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds Yukon gold potatoes Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil Can substitute with avocado or vegetable oil.
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix Feel free to use your preferred seasoning mix.
For the Green Beans
  • 1 pound fresh green beans Frozen beans can be used if thawed and patted dry.
  • 1 tablespoon additional neutral oil
  • to taste salt and pepper Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced Yukon gold potatoes, neutral oil, and Lipton onion soup mix. Toss until well coated.
  3. Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a rimmed baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. Season the boneless, skinless chicken with your favorite chicken seasoning. Toss the green beans with additional neutral oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. After 20 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven, create space, and add the seasoned chicken and green beans to the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, then pour BBQ sauce over the chicken and bake for another 5-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Let sit for a couple of minutes before serving warm directly from the pan.
