Cooking Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine diced Yukon gold potatoes, neutral oil, and Lipton onion soup mix. Toss until well coated.
- Transfer the seasoned potatoes to a rimmed baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Season the boneless, skinless chicken with your favorite chicken seasoning. Toss the green beans with additional neutral oil, salt, and pepper.
- After 20 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven, create space, and add the seasoned chicken and green beans to the baking sheet.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes, then pour BBQ sauce over the chicken and bake for another 5-8 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let sit for a couple of minutes before serving warm directly from the pan.
