  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed and cold
  • 1 large Egg optional, for egg wash
For the Filling
  • 8 ounces Burrata Cheese or fresh mozzarella
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup Cranberry Glaze can use pre-made sauce

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thickness and cut into tree shapes.
  3. Layer the cut pieces to resemble trees and brush with the egg wash if using.
  4. Bake the pastries for about 20 minutes until golden brown, then let cool slightly.
  5. Top each tree with burrata and drizzle with cranberry glaze before serving.
