Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Generously grease a large baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Crumble and cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, and beaten eggs until just combined.
  5. Gently fold half of the maple syrup and half of the crumbled sausage into the batter.
  6. Pour half of the pancake batter into the greased dish, followed by the remaining sausage, then top with the rest of the batter.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and springy to the touch.
