Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Layer shredded cooked chicken at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken layer.
- Mix cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth and pour over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the soup mixture.
- Mix biscuit mix with milk until just combined and spoon over the cheese layer.
- Drizzle melted butter over the biscuit topping.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes, then serve warm.
