  1. Begin by cutting the chuck steak into 1-inch cubes, trimming any excess fat.
  2. Place the beef cubes in the bottom of your crockpot, followed by the diced potatoes on top.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the steak and potatoes.
  4. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. After cooking, remove the lid and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream.
