Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 1–2 inches of oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, a pinch of salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Coat each chicken piece by dredging it in the flour, dipping in the egg mixture, and returning to the flour for a double coat.
  6. Fry the coated chicken in the hot oil until golden brown, approximately 3–4 minutes per side.
  7. Transfer fried chicken to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  8. Toss the crispy chicken bites with sweet chili sauce in a large mixing bowl.
  9. Garnish with sesame seeds, julienned carrots, and chopped cilantro before serving.
