Preparation Steps

  3. Add one large egg to the mixture and stir until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Cut the dough into triangles or desired chip shapes and arrange them on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake the chips for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool on the baking sheet, then transfer to a serving bowl.
