  4. Prepare the Tortillas: Warm tortillas in microwave or skillet for about 30 seconds until pliable.
  5. Assemble the Taquitos: Spoon beef mixture onto lower half of tortillas and sprinkle with cheese; roll tightly.
  6. Place on Baking Sheet: Arrange taquitos seam side down on parchment-lined baking sheet.
