  • 1 cup All-purpose flour gluten-free flour can be substituted

For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
For Frying
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil can use canola or peanut oil as substitutes
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust to desired spice level
  • 1 tablespoon Honey can substitute with agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice lemon juice can be used as a substitute

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cut the salmon fillets into 1 to 1.5-inch cubes and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Set up three bowls with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and seasonings.
  3. Coat each salmon cube in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally roll in panko mixture.
  4. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry salmon bites in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Whisk together all sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  7. Serve the salmon bites on a platter drizzled with bang bang sauce.
