Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Cover and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, flour, cornstarch, beaten egg, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Stir until smooth. Add chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Coat each chicken tenderloin in panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure coverage. Set aside.
  4. Heat canola oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry chicken in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Place fried chicken in a bowl, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and toss to coat.
  6. Transfer to a platter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
