Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Blend the Bean Mixture: Place 1 cup of white beans and 1 cup of chicken broth into a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Cook the Vegetables: Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pot. Add diced onion, diced bell pepper, and chopped jalapeno pepper. Sauté for about 4 minutes until tender.
