Cooking Steps
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Sauté 1 finely chopped shallot and 2 minced garlic cloves for 2-3 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Add 8 cups of fresh spinach, cooking for 2-4 minutes until wilted and vibrant.
- Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and stir in 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of warm water and add to skillet with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
