- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off and remove seeds from 4 bell peppers, then place them in a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, cooking until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sautéed garlic and onion with crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and spices. Mix until well blended.
- Stuff each bell pepper with the seafood mixture, pressing gently to ensure it fits snugly.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 25 minutes. Remove the foil to crisp the top for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Once the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
