Preparation Steps
  1. Season the beef chuck roast with salt and pepper on all sides. Cut into 1-inch chunks.
  2. Layer seasoned beef chunks in the slow cooker, followed by sliced onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Pour in beef broth and water, then mix in soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Stir gently.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until beef is tender.
  5. Cook fresh ramen noodles according to package instructions for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Stir baby spinach into the slow cooker and let it wilt for about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve the beef and broth over ramen noodles in deep bowls.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions, soft-boiled eggs, and a drizzle of Sriracha or chili oil.
