For the Topping
  • 1 cup Finely Crushed Ritz Crackers or Breadcrumbs panko breadcrumbs can serve as a good substitute
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted) a dairy-free alternative can also be used
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt adjust according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper adjust according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder adjust according to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the frozen broccoli florets according to the package instructions for about 5-7 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. In the baking dish, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, and egg noodles. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until well blended. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Mix crushed crackers or breadcrumbs with melted butter, then sprinkle over the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm.
