Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C), and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer across the parchment.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until bubbling and golden brown (3-5 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and whisk in heavy cream and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the saltine crackers, spreading with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until toffee is bubbling and golden.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon and powdered sugar over warm toffee immediately after baking.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares or rectangles.
