  3. Transfer to a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  4. Prepare filling by mixing softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Roll out dough, spread filling, and sprinkle chocolate chips. Roll tightly and cut into 12 pieces.
  6. Place rolls in a greased dish, cover, and let rise for 30-45 minutes.
