Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of butter. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently, cooking until the eggs just begin to set, about 3-4 minutes.
- Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Distribute the scrambled eggs over the bottom halves of the slider buns. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns and wrap the baking sheet in aluminum foil. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 3-5 minutes until the tops are golden-brown.
- Sprinkle chopped chives on top if desired before serving.
