  2. Gently combine the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the beef mixture into 6 portions. Flatten each portion into a patty, with a thicker center. Place a cheese ball on one patty and cover it with another, sealing edges tightly.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add butter, and place patties in the skillet. Sear each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
