Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder until smooth and creamy. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cubed chicken and sear for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and add honey, soy sauce, remaining garlic powder, and ground ginger. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes until glaze thickens.
