- In a medium bowl, whisk together ½ cup of mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of sriracha, 1 tablespoon of honey, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, and the juice of half a lime until smooth and creamy.
- Take 1 pound of chicken breast and cut it into even 1-inch cubes. Season the chicken pieces generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken cubes and cook them for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare your mixed vegetables by steaming or sautéing them over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
