- Grate 1 cup of cheddar cheese and chop green onions. Cook 6-8 strips of bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 7-10 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray a 9x13" baking dish with baking spray.
- Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and spread them evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer the crumbled bacon pieces over the biscuit base.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of the grated cheese over the layered bacon.
- In a large bowl, whisk together 6 large eggs, 1 cup of cream, chopped green onions, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Add reserved bacon and remaining cheese on top, cover with foil, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
